First sales!

I sent an email to a group of friends early this afternoon letting them know I'd be at the Old Port Festival on Sunday and included the web site url, even though I still have some kinks to work out. One friend jumped right on my web site and placed an order. I suffered a bit of panic as I wasn't quite ready for that. But I figured it all out (and got my bank routing info in place) and mailed out my first order.

I shared my accomplishments on my personal Facebook page and another friend placed an order. I figured out how to include an invoice for her. A little bit each time. Glad I get to learn with my friends.

I also have assembled over 800 magnets into their packaging for Sunday. My 11 yo son has done about 150 and I bribed my neighbor for help with strawberry-rhubarb pie. Whatever it takes.
